Welcome to Week 7 of the Saga!
Raven & Quill Issue #7: The Inkwell is live alongside Chapter 5: A Key of Scars. We return to Qianna to peel back the layers of her past.
But the real story this week is about the deep rabbit hole of cartography.
I confess: the map nerd in me took over. I realized the current satellite imagery for Vespria wasn't enough to satisfy the vision. So, instead of just writing, I spent the week rebuilding the Vesprian realms from the ground up in Photoshop to prepare for a massive InDesign overhaul.
Inside Issue #7:
- The Art of the "Sat-Map": A look at the work-in-progress standard for the new maps.
- A Jewel Thief in the Night: A warning that the current maps on the site are living on borrowed time. Soon, they will be swapped out silently, with precision.

Spooktober #7
Doing better than I thought would when I first saw those prompts on Saturday. Continuing my fine tradition of not being happy with what I'm writing but happy that I writing something. As I am flitting between my future solar system and fantasy settings I am going to take stock of what I have done for both at the end of Spooktober to decide which to focus on. Regardless of which, there are a good few ideas here I have had for a while and its good to go into them a bit.

Caturday Reads #7
Happy Caturday! And happy Midsummer if you celebrate that!
The weekly reading remains a bit of a challenge to keep up with as I try to juggle IRL commitments, self-care, caring for my older cat who's well... starting to get noticeably old with everything that comes with it, and getting stuff done for Rosepetal. Plus, Summer Camp is approaching fast.
For that reason, this week's reading list entry will be on the shorter and sweeter end. I decided to go for a few settlement articles that really impressed me the first time I checked them out, and guess what? They're still really great, detailed reads.
Enjoy, and hope you have a lovely weekend!

This week has been bit calm.
I finally did an article about my Nelathi type species, which is long overdue. Quite happy with it.
I wrote this article due to becoming irritated at always mentioning the Fabric of Reality so often, and having nothing to show for it. So, here it is.

This week was rather calm I think.

An Article Every Day #78
Wonderful Wednesday, everyone! Today marks the last entry in the series dedicated to the continent of Gannethia with the addition of the south polar cap called Turathidon, which covers a good portion of it. So that’s one continent down, five more to go; and then there’s the nine plus undersea territories…
And that’s just in the central dimension of Existence, ha!
(Aye, aye, aye… What am I doing with my life?)
Anyway, as for my internet shortage that’s been limiting me to writing these offline, I just accepted a new job that’ll most likely allow me to use their wifi, so that’s good. And not only is it managerial, but it’s across the street! Sometimes it pays to just explore your surroundings (no pun intended).

Monday Update #7
During the last 7 days, I've canceled two of my streams. I was only supposed to cancel one of them but I was going to get some forms to fill in sent to me by email after the meeting I canceled the first stream for. But I never got the forms, so I had to get up early on Thursday morning to call and check that they had the right email address. They did...but I still never got those forms. XD;; ...I'll have to call again today. I won't be canceling this week's stream.
On Tuesday morning I will be doing lineart for a sketch I did for WA's ...I think it was the Friday stream? A dragon drinking tea and on Thursday morning I will be writing on Skyfall's introduction article or write another article for Idyll...we'll see what I feel like.
On Thursday the Kickstarter for issue two of my CYOA series will release somewhere during WA's stream. :D
I have made some decisions both for issue two and three of the CYOA series of Idyll but also for the Cinderella webcomics of all three of my worlds. :D [URL:https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/basicdragon/surviving-idyll-quest-2-people-quest-1-is-available]Kickstarter prelaunch page, join to get a notification when it launches.![/URL]

I will be working on the plots for my webcomics because I want to work on both them (I need the plots so I can do rough sketches for the first couple of pages) and the CYOA during my vacation. :)
