Sidebar Prompts not turning off/on
Description
Prompts toggled onto the sidebar do not function as they should - even when disabled some remain visible, and some that are turned on never appear.
Steps to Reproduce
Create an article (in this case it was a character page) and then begin to activate/deactivate prompts. Even when clicked to delete individually they remain visible.
