Article "Drag and Drop" in long list doesn't work properly

Description

With a long list of categorys and articles, if you want to drag and drop an article from the bottom of the list, you can't put it in the top of the list, because it is not scrolling up. Of course, you can always use the "Move to" option, but it would be amazing if the list would be scrolling.

Steps to Reproduce

Have a list of articles or categories that is longer than your browser window Try to drag and drop an article from the bottom to the top category
