People born without a talent rarely lived past the age of 18. Their lives cut short either by accidents or self inflicted endings.
  Perran Reeves is such a person, born without a talent or talent limit to protect his body, unlike everyone else. But that didn't stop him from wanting to be a hero like his late father. But after his dreams were crushed after being severly injured, and loosing the only family he had left, Perran did his best to get by and help in ways he could. But everything changes for him when he looses everything again from a villain attack. Now with nothing left to loose and not wanting to be a burden on everyone around him. He's picking up Vigilantism again, and this time, he'll do it until he dies.
