Oh hi! My name is Kathryn, known as Demonic_Goddess here and in most games and as Katie Hane on Twitch! I'm an aspiring writer and worldbuilder like all of you are, and I fell in love with this art when I first started building worlds for my TTRPG games. I like singing and spinning and speaking my mind, and I'm always looking to improve myself in the arts and just as a person in general.

Interests & Hobbies

I also make my own music! I'm hoping that I can build up enough steam to start including custom soundtracks in my TTRPG games, but one step at a time, I say! First thing is setting them up. Then I get to tinker and add all of the details and flavourful elements that make these worlds shine.

Favorite Movies

Forrest Gump always makes me cry when I watch it, and recently I've been a huge huge fan of the art style used in movies like the Spiderverse series and especially in K-Pop Demon Hunters! In general though, anything with a good amount of action and great writing will get me hooked.

Favorite TV Series

Definitely House! Hugh Laurie does an amazing job and I love how dedicated to accuracy the show was during its runtime. You don't need to go far off the rails to write compelling stories and characters! Just enough to make your stories believable and interesting.

Favorite Books

Hunger games hands down. I read the entire series when I was a kid over and over and couldn't get enough of the setting. It, in my mind, is an incredible portrayal of dystopia and the power of rebellion, even if it includes a love triangle that I'm not entirely fond of.

Favorite Writers

I'm not one to have a favourite writer or artist or anything like that. I'm drawn to dystopias and fantasy writing in particular, but I think I'd rather move between different authors and styles instead of having just one favourite.

Favorite Games

Baldur's Gate 3, Dungeons and Dragons, and the Borderlands series all are near and dear to my heart. I think the worlds established in all of these settings are breathtaking with lore and characters that have the kind of depth I want in my own writing. Plus, they're insanely fun to play.
