Kyle Emmerson is an author, professional photographer, filmmaker, and dynamic storyteller based on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. With a Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies and a minor in Creative Writing, Kyle has been honing his craft as a writer since the age of 12 in 1992, nurturing a lifelong passion for narrative art. Over the years, his storytelling has evolved to span multiple mediums, including photography, film, and other creative mediums. Kyle is the founder and owner of RavensTale Creative Foundry, a boutique creative agency dedicated to empowering individuals, brands, and creatives to tell bold, compelling stories. Through RavensTale, Kyle collaborates with clients to produce visually striking content and innovative narratives that challenge conventional boundaries and celebrate alternative aesthetics. From crafting evocative portraits and cinematic music videos to producing authentic brand stories, Kyle brings a unique vision to every project, blending speculative fiction with a grounded emotional resonance. Driven by a love for fantasy, science fiction, and horror, Kyle’s work often explores themes of adversity, transformation, and self-discovery. Kyle strives to inspire others to embrace their true selves and dare to tell their own stories. When he’s not working on client projects, Kyle is immersed in his own creative endeavors, including a documentary on modern relationship structures, and is beginning work on animated shorts set in the story universe of the Riftbourne Legacy. As a passionate advocate for inclusivity and authenticity, Kyle uses his work to create spaces where unconventional voices can thrive and flourish.
