Hi, thank you for checking out one of my worlds and my profile. A little background about me: I’ve been gaming and playing RPG tabletop games and enjoying anime most of my life. I started playing Dungeons & Dragons at age 7. I also have ADHD and dyslexia, so I do apologize for the randomness and sometimes the bad grammar or spelling. It also means it takes me a long time to get these projects done because I have a hard time sticking to just one. I’ve literally created five worlds you can see here… and probably a lot more you don’t see. My main world is Elema, which has most of my work.
What I’m hoping to do with these worlds is create places people can one day play in and come up with their own great ideas. And, if I’m lucky, maybe write some stories in them too. The main world I’m working on is Elema because it’s the first one I made and still my favorite I just love the fantasy genre. This all started because both me and my wife play RPGs of all types. We have so many characters that she challenged me to build a world where we could put them all. So now I have a world for them, and I’m slowly integrating them into it.
I also have other worlds because I run different campaigns and games, which makes me want to build and create new things for each of them. And I even have a few hidden ones where I make my own OCs in the worlds they come from.
I hope you have a great time exploring the worlds I’m building. Maybe you’ll find ideas you like or enjoy some of the weirdness I create.

Favorite TV Series

I’m a huge fan of anime I’ve watched over 500 different series and I’m still watching more as I go. My favorite is Fullmetal Alchemist/Brotherhood. I love the story; it has so much depth between the two brothers, all the side characters, the worldbuilding, and the magic system. It has everything I love about anime wrapped up into one and yes you need to watch both the original and the remake to get the full characters. Like the best father of the anime Hughes you get more in depth in the original than brotherhood of him.   I watch all types of anime from shonen to slice of life to horror. If there’s a genre, I’ve at least seen a couple shows from it, and I enjoy pretty much all of them. I’ve also been enjoying the isekai genre so much that I created a new world and started writing my own isekai story and setting.   I do watch non-anime shows too, just not as much recently. My favorites are Babylon 5, Bones, Eureka, Doctor Who, Star Trek, and thanks to my wife Gilmore Girls.

Favorite Books

I’m not much of a book reader. Thanks to my ADHD and dyslexia, I either don’t understand what I’m reading, fall asleep, or my favorite start making up my own story after a couple of pages and then fall asleep. The books I have managed to finish are The Dresden Files, Orconomics, and Harry Potter. I highly recommend them; they’re very good it just took me forever to get through them.   I’ve also read a few manga, mostly because the anime endings were mediocre and I found out the manga finished things better. Examples of this would be Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple and Fruits Basket, and a few others. I’ve also read manga for shows that didn’t get a new season or ended on a cliffhanger, like Gate and Chivalry of a Failed Knight, just to name a couple. Their manga counterparts were really enjoyable.   So if there’s an anime that had a mediocre ending or only one season and you really want to know what happens next, try the light novel or the manga. You can picture the voice acting and animation in your head since you’ve already seen season one or more of it.

Favorite Games

Here’s a cleaned-up version that keeps your voice, tone, and casual flow just smoothed out so it reads clearly:   Now we’re talking board games, tabletop, video games, or life because I love games and I’ve played them all my life.
Video games:   My favorites are Devil May Cry, Mega Man, Dragon Age, and Mass Effect in no particular order. I play most RPGs and a lot of action games. I’m really interested in games that have a good story, great art, and cool equipment. I love stories, and the more I can play like I’m the character making the choices, the more fun it is for me. Plus, I love finding and collecting all types of weapons and gear, and making my characters look cool with fun, interesting styles.   I don’t mind some grind, but if I have to spend more than a few hours doing nothing but grind, I’m out. I’m also not big into PvP, so no MOBAs or most shooters for me. My favorite shooter, though, is Warframe excellent story, and it’s mostly teamwork.
Tabletop RPGs:   My favorite systems are Pathfinder and Mongoose Traveller, but I’m not limited to those. I’ve played several systems and I love trying new ones. I’ve run and played games in Shadowrun, Numenera, and I’m working on one for Big Eyes Small Mouth. And many more. I love seeing people’s worlds and stories.   If I break the DM, it’s usually because I’m testing the world seeing what they’ve created and how things work. I love playing in other people’s worlds, getting to try different characters, skill sets, abilities, and personalities. I’ve found out I play clever and heroic types the best, and I have a harder time with religious, hippie, or super-flirty characters but I still enjoy trying them. And as a DM, I love introducing all kinds of characters into my games.
Board games:   I love board games and can’t get enough of them from family-friendly ones to dark humor. My favorite board game is Betrayal at House on the Hill. It’s like playing through 100 different B-class horror movies, and it’s so fun because you never know who the haunt is going to be or how you’re supposed to survive once it happens.   I also have a game called Call to Adventure, where you make characters and stories. It’s an amazing tool for creating characters for your worlds or designing a character for a campaign. Technically, I also have the world-building/story-building deck, and those are great for brainstorming too and fun to play with.   I also play Yu-Gi-Oh and Magic: The Gathering. I’m trying to make myself a Planeswalker character so I can build what I call “theme story decks,” because I want to make decks based on worlds not tournament meta or speed decks. I want to enjoy the cards, the artwork, and the themes. Same with Yu-Gi-Oh I build theme decks because they’re fun.   So yeah… I’m a big gamer.
