Weathermancy

The magical person has dominion over the air and weather. Early on, the person can create wind gusts or cause rain to happen sooner (if it was already about to). Early on they can also create small, localized fog patches that obscure vision – about the size of a small room. As they progress, they can cause rainfall for limited amounts of time and direct pre-existing lightning storms to strike not-so-randomly. Masters of this unique ability can become fairly lethal, eventually able to summon lightning from their hands – but moreover, they are key combatants in large battles as they can cause large thunderous hail, snow, and lightning storms for longer durations. They can also clear bad weather. The larger the spectacle, the more energy it requires – and so it is that they cannot do this more than a few times a day. When manipulating the weather in more intense ways, the magical person’s eyes often glow a radiant white.
