Rebirth

Unique. This ability allows to the magical person’s consciousness AND memories to transfer to another the next able-bodied person to be born. This ability is extremely rare and hard to detect, and takes upwards of 20 years to manifest. The new person's brain, void of a personality at birth, will adopt the transfered personality. As the new person grows and develops more congnitive abilities and memory capacity, the previous magical person's memories will fill in. The ability isn’t transferrable (the target doesn’t suddenly have this ability), but there’s nothing stopping the new able-bodied person from developing the ability themselves, outside of the uniqueness restraint.
